We Are Grown

As grown people we should not be worrying about what others are doing. We should be living our best lives, essentially.

How come we assume what others are feeling about us? Is it supposed to affect our confidence or self esteem? It is only important if it had dire consequences, really.

Many people live in this bubble of ‘what ifs’ and “why it can happen’.

I believe it is important to live your own life and stay in your own lane, so to say.

If you think someone is thinking negatively of you, just be honest. Opening up to someone can help you rid of thise yucky thoughts and feelings. Everyone should want to empower and encourage individually in one another.
