What do we do on those dark and gloomy days? Do we let that energy suck us into no mans land or do we switch it up and do a little dance?
Its not obvious for some but the sun is not only beautiful it is healthy and it give off vitamines and light energy beyond in which the eye can see. On days there is no sunshine we can feel our energy level is lower than usual.
It is important to do things to add your own light to a day without sunlight. Here are some exaples; help someone in need, pick up a book and read it, go for a walk, get moving your body, call a friend, ect.
I hope these sunless days will be a jolt of good vibes add sunshine to your pockets.
